Awards like these are a reflection of the person AND of the community that supports them. I have so much gratitude to the best people I know as well as to a riotous and disruptive disability community and Latinx community.
I couldn’t be more thrilled to join this accomplished group of artists, activists, and educators who are shaping perspectives and advancing the cultural landscape through their work.
